Swindon PPI Forum

The Forums will play a vital role in making sure patients' and the public's views are heard and acted on by all those involved in making decisions.  The functions of the Forums have been laid down by law; this means they will have real power to make a difference, not just discussion groups.

Our vision is to improve customer care in NHS/Social Services by listening to users with a view to resolving perceived shortfall in expectations.  Our mission is to optimise use of NHS resources to meet maximum cuastomer care by understanding users needs and NHS capacity to fulfil it.
